Who we are
4HealthLab is an interdisciplinary research group dedicated to investigating the brain-body connection through the autonomic nervous system. We explore its pivotal role in chronic disease, aging, and resilience to environmental stress. Our translational work focuses on developing non-invasive neuromodulation therapies and data-driven biomarkers to restore autonomic balance and advance personalized, precision healthcare.
Our research lines
Complementary programs connecting fundamental physiology to clinical applications.
Non-pharmacological clinical trials
Real-world testing of respiratory training, exercise, and supplementation for chronic disease management.
Biomedical instrumentation and signal processing
Wearable tech and AI-driven algorithms for real-time health monitoring and diagnostics.
Non-invasive neuromodulation
Vagus nerve stimulation from animal models to clinical applications for autonomic restoration.
